Wizzair adds Malta route

Hungarian uber-budget airline Wizzair is to operate flights between Malta and Budapest, Hungary, from May 17 2013, flying Mondays and Fridays.

Flights will “start at” €27.99 one way, but prepare to be hit with a remarkable assortment of additional charges.

Wizzair does not operate a frequent flyer programme, so unless it runs special offer prices that are too good to turn down, this route won’t feature again on this website.

Nevertheless, I thought I’d alert you all to this additional flight option from Malta.
